I founded Jormungandr to build the kind of agency I believe this industry truly needs — one grounded in transparency, trust, and ethical alignment. After helping grow two successful captive insurance agencies, I chose a different path: one where agents have the freedom to serve clients without limitations that could compromise their judgment.
At Jormungandr, we focus on ethical contracts, meaningful education, and a culture that values people over production. My mission is to help reshape how the insurance profession is viewed — by raising the standard for how agents are supported and how clients are served.
Before beginning my career in insurance, I served in the U.S. Marine Corps and later worked as a private military contractor at Fort Irwin’s National Training Center, supporting U.S. Army readiness operations. Those experiences shaped how I lead — with discipline, clarity, and a commitment to doing the right thing.
