Jormungandr Corporation strictly adheres to applicable state licensing regulations. The company does not hire, contract with, or train unlicensed individuals to sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance products. All prospective candidates must independently obtain the appropriate insurance license prior to entering into any business relationship with the company.

The company does not pay for any pre-licensing education, examination, fingerprinting, or licensing application costs. These expenses are the sole responsibility of the candidate. At the sole discretion of the company, licensing cost may be considered for reimbursement only after a candidate has become duly licensed and has achieved a minimum of $10,000 in issued and paid production. Such reimbursement is not guaranteed and is subject to written approval.

Jormungandr Corporation maintains a vendor relationship with pre-licensing course providers, which allows the company to extend a discounted rate on study materials to prospective candidates. The company receives no referral fees, commissions, revenue sharing, or any other form of compensation from any third-party licensing provider.

While Jormungandr Corporation may provide general guidance, support, and procedural information to help candidates navigate the licensing process, this support is offered solely as a courtesy. It does not create a contractual relationship, imply employment, or constitute an endorsement of any third-party vendor. The company receives no financial benefit from assisting candidates with the licensing process.
